The official text of PA statutes is found in the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes (Pa.C.S.).
You can locate PA Statutes for FREE online.
Regulations from Pennsylvania state administrative agencies are published in the Pennsylvania Code.
The Pennsylvania Code is supplemented by the Pennsylvania Bulletin, which is published weekly. The Pennsylvania Bulletin contains proposed regulations, notices of public meetings, and other information from Pennsylvania government entities.
The Pennsylvania Code and Pennsylvania Bulletin are available for free through the Pennsylvania Code & Bulletin website.
Pennsylvania Courts & Court Opinions
Pennsylvania Supreme Court opinions are available online from 1996-present.
Pennsylvania Superior Court opinions are available online from 1997-present.
Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court opinions are available online from 1997-present.
You can search the opinions of all these Pennsylvania Courts on the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania's website.
You can also search court decisions from state and federal courts using Google Scholar (select Case Law).
