Introduction

The Legal Research Center (LRC) has a variety of practice guide resources that provide guidance on how to perform various civil practice tasks. These guides provide summaries of the law governing specific matters, checklists of tasks that need to be performed, procedural guidance, and examples of litigation and transactional forms. Guides are available in print format, electronic format, or both.

Most of the resources listed in this guide are limited to students and faculty members at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Members of the general public may want to consult Jenkins Law Library for access to legal sources and databases.

All the resources listed in this guide are specific to Pennsylvania state law.
