Not everyone is interested in, or actually experiences, a _triggered response ("tingles"). Thus, many styles focus on relaxation alone. However, ASMR is a powerful and personalized tool. It invites you _to discover more about your relaxation style. These videos introduce you to simple variations of ASMR to get you started. The best way to _understand ASMR is to spend some time researching! If you're interested, you can also look at current studies being done about ASMR and _mental health.
