This guide aims to help you find your own brand of relaxation and mindfulness. It also includes links to trusted authorities that provide information about mental health and mental health initiatives. Compiled for students, faculty, and staff.

If you are currently in crisis, please contact the on-call counselor at (215) 416-3337. If this is a psychological emergency and you need immediate attention, please dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. (According to the Counseling Center, examples of such an emergency could include feeling suicidal, experiencing psychotic symptoms, or having a substance-related crisis.)
