Health law in the United States is made by statutes, regulations, case law, and agency decisions at both the state and federal level. In particular, federal and state administrative agencies and regulations are very important in the development of health care law. This guide is intended to give you some places to start doing health law research. It may be most helpful to begin with secondary sources to get an overview of the issue you are researching as well as figure out what types of primary source materials are relevant.
