Health Law Legal Research: Treatises, Practice Guides and CLE Materials

The Legal Research Center has a large collection of health law related CLE materials from both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Westlaw and Lexis also both have large collections of CLE materials from different states. CLE materials are a useful way to access practitioner-specific information and current issues in health law. To find PA CLE materials in the library catalog, search for "Pennsylvania Bar Institute" and a keyword such as health or medical malpractice. New Jersey CLE materials are under New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Some examples of health law CLE materials in the LRC are:
