CLS provides free legal advice and representation to low income residents of Philadelphia. To qualify for assistance, you must meet certain income restrictions (currently, 125% of the national poverty level) and you must live within the city limits of Philadelphia.

LASP provides free legal services to low income residents in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. To qualify for assistance, you must meet certain income restrictions and you must be a resident of Bucks, Chester, Delaware or Montgomery County. Availability of assistance also depends on the type of legal issue you have.

Temple provides free legal representation to low-income residents of Philadelphia in various civil law matters.

The Civil Practice Clinic at U Penn provides legal representation to indigent clients in civil matters.

The Civil Justice Clinic provides legal representation to low-income residents of Philadelphia and Delaware counties in a variety of civil matters.

The Defender Association provides free legal services for low-income criminal defendants. To qualify, you must meet certain income restrictions. Defenders are appointed by the Philadelphia Courts.
