The Delaware Department of Justice, Investor Protection Unit (IPU) is the agency that oversees the state’s securities industry.
The following outlets provide IPU decisions online. IPU has a database of administrator and director orders from 1987 to the present. Oddly, Lexis’ DE Division of Securities; Decisions, Releases and Letters database for the decisions of IPU and its predecessors has intermittent coverage between 1987 and 2003. IPU decisions from 1987 to the present are in Westlaw’s Blue Sky Administrative Decisions database.
