The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is charged with the protection of the state’s natural resources and environment. The Department posts Secretary’s Orders which pertain to departmental regulations, permitting and enforcement actions. It also posts administrative, civil and criminal environmental enforcement actions, environmental release information, violations and enforcement activity terms and definitions.
